ABOUT US
Cloverdale Lodge is very active in the community of Surrey. We have several charities we support including the Surrey Firefighters Burn Fund, Surrey Memorial Hospital, Cloverdale Santa Claus Parade, and several schools in the Langley area where we provide Christmas hampers. In addition, we donate both time and money to organizations and individuals who have experienced challenges in their life to the fullest extent of our ability. All lodges in B.C. support the Masonic Cancer Car program. Cloverdale Lodge also has its own educational bursary program.
Cloverdale Lodge raises funds through several means, but not the least of which is our annual Fun Casino Night in November, which is one of the highlights of the Masonic social calendar.
We are also involved with many fun projects like our Slo-Pitch Softball team, the “Stonecutters” (yes, it is a reference to the Simpsons lampoon of our organization). Every December, Cloverdale Lodge provides and erects the lighted Christmas tree on the Dale Building in downtown Cloverdale for the annual Santa Claus Parade. We also participate in a great many other events throughout the district. |
